Not all villas are designed to be child or kid friendly. Always inform your agent or the company you are dealing with if you are traveling with children or babies. There are many villas in Phuket, Koh Samui, and Bali that are kid friendly, especially the ones that are built on flat ground, mostly beachfront villas. Yes, child policies may vary depending on the villa. Generally, children aged 0 to below 2 years are allowed to stay free of charge, with a maximum of 2 infants allowed per villa, when sharing existing bedding with parents or using a baby cot (subject to availability). Children aged 2–11 years are usually charged the child rate, while guests aged 12 years and above are typically charged the adult rate.

After submitting the form, one of our villa specialists will get in touch within 24 hours to assist you further.

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, for both online bookings and reservations made via email. Additionally, we also offer the option of bank transfer and Wise for your convenience.

Rental payments must be completed in full before your stay—no payments of rental fee are accepted at the villa. Full payment is typically required 45 days prior to arrival. For more details, please refer to our Payment Terms or check with your villa specialist for complete payment details.

The price of a villa rental can vary depending on several factors, including the size of the property, the number of bedrooms, design and architecture, location, and the season of your stay (low, high, or peak).

At The Luxury Signature, rates typically range from USD 1,300 to USD 14,000 per night. Pricing may also be influenced by the number of guests and the length of your stay—longer stays often come with more favorable rates.

Yes, you can cancel your booking; however, cancellation fees will apply. Policies may vary depending on the villa and season. In most cases, payments made are non-refundable, especially for cancellations made close to the arrival date or during peak periods like Christmas and New Year. Some villas may offer credit toward a future stay if cancellation is made well in advance.

We recommend reviewing the specific villa’s cancellation policy before booking and considering travel insurance for added protection.

In such cases, our standard cancellation policy will still apply. However, we can provide supporting documentation to help you with any insurance claims through your travel insurance provider.

We do not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend that guests secure comprehensive travel insurance from a provider of their choice to cover any unexpected events that may affect their trip.

AMENITIES & FACILITIES

No. You do not share the villa with other guests. When you rent the villa, the entire property is only exclusive for your use including all facilities at the villa. However, while all facilities are private, the number of accessible bedrooms depends on the number booked. For instance, if a villa has 7 bedrooms but only 5 bedrooms are reserved and paid for, the remaining 2 bedrooms will not be accessible during your stay. This ensures pricing is aligned with occupancy and operational needs.

All villas are unique in design and architecture that applies the same way regarding facilities. The most prominent feature of a luxury villa rental is a private swimming pool, which is exclusive for your use and any member of your traveling group. Other facilities at the villa may include lounging areas, outdoor/indoor dining areas, private cinema room, entertainment/games area, private bar, sauna and steam, spa room, tennis court, etc.

Guests can also enjoy unique services such as customized excursions, in-villa wellness programs, and dedicated concierge assistance.

Some villas may not be equipped with features such as ground-floor bedrooms, ramps, or wide doorways to accommodate guests with mobility concerns. We recommend discussing your specific needs with us in advance, and we will be happy to make arrangements for villas that are better suited to your requirements. Your comfort and safety are our priority.

While many luxury villas offer exclusive access to amenities such as private swimming pools, gyms, and entertainment areas, it’s important to note that certain facilities may have specific usage guidelines or operating hours.

STAFF & SERVICES

All villas in Phuket, Koh Samui, and Bali under The Luxury Signature portfolio are with a full-time staff that is inclusive in the rental price. The staff includes a dedicated chef, villa manager, housekeepers, and concierge. Other staff at the villa may include or can be requested at an additional cost such as a butler, driver, masseuse, and other services that will be discussed with you by our villa specialist during the booking process. On the other hand, our Niseko chalets all come with a dedicated concierge and with a private staff that is available at an extra cost upon request.

Yes, daily housekeeping is included unless specified otherwise. Housekeepers ensure the villa remains tidy and fresh throughout your stay.

While not all in-villa staff members are fluent in English, each villa is guaranteed to have an English-speaking villa manager to assist with communication and coordination. Other team members, such as chefs and housekeepers, may have varying levels of English proficiency, but are trained to provide excellent service and support under the villa manager’s guidance.
