We recently stayed at Villa Lomchoy with our parents and young son, and had an absolutely wonderful family holiday. The location is stunning, the views are beautiful, and the pool is incredible. what truly made our stay special, was the team at the villa. Nana and Giw were outstanding – warm, courteous, and attentive in every way. They took such great care of us, from preparing delicious meals to ensuring every detail was looked after.
A special mention also goes to the villa manager, Farooq, who was fabulous throughout. He was always available, answered all our questions (and there were many!) with patience, and went above beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was like a personal concierge efficient, kind and incredibly helpful. The villa itself could use a bit of an upgrade and refurbishment, as it feels slightly dated in parts, but this did not take away from the overall experience. The service and warmth of the staff more than made up for it. Overall, we had amazing time and would highly recommend Villa Lomchoy for families or groups looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Phuket.
