Staff & Service – Fantastic and knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. The staff ensured all our comforts and were always prompt. They catered to our whims and fancies and allowed for a flexible schedule – which was most appreciated given we had 2 small children with us.
The food – both Thai and Italian were both delicious. The cook even accommodated for vegan preferences. Facilities – A very comfortable – the pool table was a certain hit during rainy weather and the pool was always well looked after. The large flat screen tv made watching wimbledon and football a lot of fun.
Location – A bit far from the main town of Phuket – it meant that Grab / Taxis were difficult to get. But we preferred that as secluded meant less crowds and noise.
Maintenance – as is the case with most beach front properties – regular wear and tear is to be expected. The fans can do with a speed mode dial (as opposed to just On (very very fast) and Off) and one of the bathrooms did have an odor coming from the drains (which was attended to by the staff).
Other than that, the villa was well looked after – fresh and clean sheets / towels. Nothing was broken or visibly damaged. A very comfortable stay made for an enjoyable 4 nights 5 days.
My family and friends recently stayed at Villa Tievoli and had an amazing experience. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and unforgettable.
We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the amazing service provided by the reservation team. They were incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and providing us with all the information we needed to have a stress-free and enjoyable holiday.
From the moment we first inquired about the villa, the reservation team were prompt and courteous in their responses. They provided us with detailed information about the villa’s facilities and amenities, as well as the local area and nearby attractions. They were always available to answer any questions we had, and their attention to detail really gave us peace of mind before our trip.
Upon arrival at the villa, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by the onsite team, they were all so professional and accommodating. Their services received exceeded our expectations in many ways. The food was delicious and the serving time was impeccable. The villa itself was stunning, with beautiful views and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor area with a pool. The spa treatment and the sauna & steam rooms spoiled us! Our kids had a wonderful time in the pool (basically all the time!) and on the beachfront!
Overall, we highly recommend Villa Tievoli to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free holiday. The reservation & onsite teams’ exceptional service made a difference, and we can’t thank them enough for all their help! The Villa and the facilities are truly exceptional, and we’d love to visit the villa again!
