We had a truly memorable experience at Villa Horizon. The property is well designed, spacious and west facing with great (unobstructed and wide) sea views and even better sunsets every day. The service team led by Aon is what takes the whole experience to an even higher level. She was a 7* host, pre-empting our requests, lovely person and super professional and accommodating. Her team including Kook the barman who was topping up our drinks, organising the pool/bar area and helping with dinner service), Amy the cook who served up the highest standard food (we had all our meals at the villa and they beat most restaurants!) and Gift (the housekeeper maintaining the villa and our rooms to the highest standard). Finally the location of the villa was ideal as it was central to the island (on the west side). We would recommend Villa Horizon to any travelling group, perfect for a group of friends (as we were) or family setup given 6x bedrooms.

We are a group from London, UK who traveled to Phuket for a golf trip to celebrate all of our 40th birthdays, and we stayed at Villa Horizon for four days in November 2025. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Aon, the villa manager, was outstanding—warm, organized, and we knew we were somehow truly cared for. She coordinated everything flawlessly, from arranging our daily itineraries to handling any last-minute requests, always with a smile. Hook, who managed the bar and service, was phenomenal. The bar ran so smoothly that we cannot even recall any instances where we experienced any hiccups. It was so easy to enjoy conversations, and he even made sure our meals were neatly topped up as the day went by. The villa and food thoroughly exceeded our expectations. The variety was incredible—we never felt restricted, and the team prepared thoroughly cleaned & beautifully presented meals every evening. Amy, from housekeeping, ensured the villa was immaculate at all times. Every day started with a little daily luxury and service. We felt genuinely spoiled with every aspect of our stay. All in all, we can’t say enough good things about Villa Horizon—especially Aon and her team— delivered the best service we could have imagined, and we are already planning our return. A huge thank you to Aon, Hook, Gift, and Amy for making our birthday trip unforgettable. You created an experience that we didn’t know we could have imagined, and we are incredibly grateful.

The service from Aon and team was incredible they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Cooking us an amazing breakfast each day, preparing us lunch on a short notice, scheduling massages, and providing snacks and drinks. The Villa was also gorgeous and had an absolutely stunning view, amazing pool and spacious and clean rooms. I didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. If I ever visit Phuket in the future I would love to stay in Villa Horizon Again!

Our stay at Villa Horizon was nothing short of extraordinary — truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The villa itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and a prime location that makes enjoying enjoying Phuket effortless. But what truly sets Villa Horizon apart is the unmatched hospitality from Khun Aon and her incredible team — Kook, Chef, and Amy. Form the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Khun Aon's attentiveness, combined with the team's promptness and seamless service made our stay feel special and completely stress-free. Whether it was delicious meals prepared by the Chef, thoughtful touches from Kook and Amy, or Khun Aon's personal dedication to making sure everything was perfect, their effort was felt in every moment. Villa Horizon isn't just about luxury and views - its about the heartfelt service that makes you feel at home while being pampered. For anyone seeking the ultimate Phuket experience, this is a genuine 10/10. Would return in a heartbeat!

Our first golf trip to Phuket has been an absolute delight. As a group of four golfers, our inaugural visit to this island paradise has surpassed all expectations. The villa we stayed in epitomizes the essence of Phuket, offering a stunning, uninterrupted view of the Andaman Sea from Kamala Beach. The real stars of our stay were the staff—Aon, Kook, and Gift—who turned our experience into something truly unforgettable. What sets this villa apart is the team's meticulous attention to detail. The rooms are serviced twice daily, ensuring everything is spotless and perfectly arranged, with our clothes neatly folded and always in place. As a food enthusiast and frequent traveler, I was blown away by the chef's culinary skills. By the second day, we decided to cancel our other reservations to fully savor the delectable dishes and warm hospitality at the villa. The level of hospitality and the breathtaking views rival those of a seven-star resort. Aon and her team made our entire experience extraordinary. Her keen attention to detail made the villa feel like a beautiful home away from home. We've already decided to make this our annual vacation destination.

What an amazing stay at this exclusive villa where every single aspect of your luxury was thought of and has been very very tastefully decorated. We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every moment of it. We even ended up cancelling our day trip as the time at villa was beyond our imagination. We loved the rooms, all amenities (including facilities for massage, game room, exercise room, poolside bar and cooked to order food by an amazing Shef). The overall service by the villa manager Aon, staff including Kuk, chef Gift and Amy was simply outstanding. Everytime we were away from the room our beds were made and the room was serviced. The massage therapists contracted by the villa in our opinion were the best of the best! Overall an amazing experience and we felt that it was way better than any Ritz Carlton living!
