  1. Ubud and Campuhan Ridge

Campuhan Ridge Walk, an easy and free nature trek that is popular to returning visitors is located in the central highland town of Ubud. The area offers a fantastic escape from the tumultuous southern parts of the island. This path features a more natural landscape to retreat to – from the guesthouse, the modern boutique to the numerous restaurants of Jalan Raya Ubud. Travelers can sample the cool fresh air while on a hiking trail and enjoy the most attractive hillside scenery presumably, in the region.   1. Mount Batur and Kintamani

Bali Volcano otherwise called Kintamani Volcano, and Mount Batur have always been the favorite spots for travelers visiting the main mountain region of Bali. With its caldera’s magnificent view and the added attraction of Lake Batur that occupies the vast part of the caldera, Mount Batur’s crater estimated to have an area coverage of 13 square kilometers becomes the major and focal interest of this area.

Ubud Monkey Forest is the natural habitat of the Balinese long-tailed macaques. Tegallalang Rice Terraces are renowned for the scenic beauty of the lush rice paddies including the Subak – a water management system for the paddy fields developed in the 9th century. Tegallalang covers three major stunning terraced countrysides in Ubud’s sub-region. The others are based in the Pejeng and Campuhan villages.
